How do I know when my order has been shipped?

All orders are processed within 24 hours of payment being received.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Your order will be shipped via Australia Post, and can take 1-6 business days depending on your location.

How can I track my delivery?

If you’d like us to provide your tracking number, please email us. You can track your item with Australia Post’s tracking service.

What are your delivery costs?

We offer free delivery on every product across our entire site!

Do you deliver to business addresses, PO boxes or Parcel Lockers?

Sure! If you’d like your order delivered to a business address, please include the business name in the delivery info when placing your order so the postman can find it easily.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently only ship within Australia.

Can I return an item?

We offer 30 day returns if your item arrives damaged. Send us an email to let us know.

My item is faulty, how do I return it?

If your item is faulty, we will happily replace or refund your purchase. Send us an email to let us know.

How will I be refunded?

Your refund will be issued by the same method payment was made.
